The architecture of the home is of a minimalist concept with very clean lines while featuring the merger of the interior and exterior space. Concrete construction makes up the bulk of the approximately 10,500 square feet of living space while being softened by contrasting indigenous wood doors and windows and intricate inlaid stonework throughout along with 3 central palapa thatch roof features. The imposing 30ft high main wooden palapa houses the great room, while open, extravagant, and modern, is a uniquely warm and comfortable living space allowing for unobstructed spectacular panoramic vistas of both ocean and mountains. The villa offers 8 bedrooms, 2 Master Bedrooms (King Size) - 5 Main Bedrooms (Queen Size) - 1 Children’s Room (4 Beds). Luxury and comfort are incorporated in the design with all bedrooms fully air-conditioned along with alternative air flow through. The design brings the panoramic view into all of the main areas of the home while overlooking the arched infinity pool sweeping out toward the sunset to the West along the Samaná Peninsula, Playa Coson, Playa Bonita, Playa Perdida, North to the Ocean, and Piedras de Las Ballenas and all-around to Playa Las Ballenas. White polished concrete floors with inlaid stone run throughout the majority of the ground levels along with the unique incorporation of the timbers and the spiraling framework leading to the peak of the suspended signature Cana.
