Cerra.do gathers and presents properties from real estate agencies on the Samaná peninsula. The platform is operated by MARVY & MATEO LLC, which does not own the properties, does not sell them and takes no part in the transaction.

Every listing names the agency that published it. That agency is who looks after you, who shows you the property, who signs the mandate with the owner and who carries the transaction through to closing. Any contract you sign is with them, never with Cerra.do.

Many listings show an estimated return, an approximate closing cost and a yearly cost. These are indicative calculations, made from market data and the rates in force at the time of calculation.

They are not a promise of performance, nor investment advice, nor tax or legal advice. Before you buy, check the numbers with your own lawyer and accountant. A property transaction in the Dominican Republic carries costs and taxes that depend on your particular situation.

Prices, features and availability are supplied by the agency that lists each property and may change without notice. A listing is not a binding offer.

We do our best to keep the catalogue current, but the information on each property is the responsibility of the agency that publishes it.

Photos, floor plans and descriptions belong to the agency that lists the property, or to its owner. They may not be reused without permission.

If you open an account, you are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what is done from it. We may close an account used to send spam, impersonate someone, or scrape the catalogue automatically.

Some pages link out to third-party sites, such as an agency's Google profile. We do not control their content and are not responsible for it.
